Aksu

The Aksu deposit, a 670 square-kilometre exploration licence located 100km southwest of Osh, is considered highly prospective for Carlin-style gold mineralisation.

The project area is interpreted to lie within the structural corridor that hosts the Shambesai Prospect.

Soil sampling has confirmed strong gold-in-soil anomalies at the eastern end and central areas of the Aksu project.  The two adjacent eastern Aksu gold-in-soil anomalies are located approximately 18km from the high-grade Shambesai prospect and both have been delineated over open strike lengths of 1,200m.

In addition, a 1,600m gold-in-soil anomaly has been identified over 1,600m in the central region of the Aksu Project.
