Manas Resources was incorporated in October 2007 to acquire, explore and develop several significant gold projects in the Central Asian country of the Kyrgyz Republic.
With a resource base of almost 500,000 ounces at our Obdilla prospect and another 390,000 ounces on the high-grade Shambesai prospect, located 8km south of Obdilla, we are a proven gold explorer with growing gold resources.
Shambesai has returned spectacular drill results of 21m at 12.6g/t gold, 21.8m at 4.92g/t gold and 23m at 4.09g/t gold. The aim of our current programme is to significantly increase the size of the Mineral Resource and upgrade the status from Inferred.

We also have an ongoing exploration programs happening throughout the entire South Kyrgyz Gold Project area with trenching, soil sampling and mapping undertaken on all of our prospects during the past 18 months.
We own 100 per cent of our projects, plus we have a joint venture on the high-grade Savoyardy project with ASX-listed Kentor Gold Limited. We have granted Kentor Gold an option to purchase Manas’s interest in the Savoyardy Project for a total of US$1.25M plus a royalty.
We have more than 30 technical staff operating in the Kyrgyz Republic.
