Robert Scott (Non-Executive Chairman)

Robert Scott is a chartered accountant by profession who worked as a partner with international accounting firms until the mid-1990's. He has since been involved with a number of public companies listed on ASX as a director and corporate advisor. He has wide ranging experience in the mining sector and currently serves on the Boards of ASX-listed Sandfire Resources NL and CGA Mining Limited, copper and gold producers respectively with market capitalisations in excess of one billion dollars. Robert maintains an active interest in Western Australian community organisations.
Stephen Ross

Stephen Ross has worked for more than 17 years in the minerals industry in geological consulting, business development and corporate positions. Before joining Manas he was the Managing Director of Azumah Resources Limited, a gold exploration company based in Ghana.
Mr. Ross has previously held a business development and technical management position based in Kazakhstan, where he assessed projects for acquisition throughout the former Soviet Union and Russia. He has also held a senior geological management position whilst based in West Africa, and has been involved with a corporate firm where he was a resource analyst.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Mr Ross is a former non-executive director of ASX listed Central Asia Resources Limited.
Mr. Ross was appointed Managing Director on 3 March 2008.
Mark Calderwood (Non-Executive Director)

Mark Calderwood is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has 20 years’ experience in exploring for and mining gold. He is experienced in resource/reserve estimation and feasibility studies. He was Managing Director of Perseus Mining Ltd for over 10 years and has been intimately involved with the Kyrgyz mineral properties.
Colin Carson (Non-Executive Director)

Colin Carson has been involved as a director of many Australian public companies since the 1980s and is an executive director of Perseus Mining Ltd and non-executive director of Equus Mining Limited. He is experienced with taxation and mining laws in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Mark Connelly (Non-Executive Director)
Mark Connelly has been involved with the mining industry since the mid-1980s’. In 2007, Mr Connelly was appointed as an executive director and chief operating officer of ASX-listed Adamus Resources Limited, a West African gold development company, and was instrumental in its transition to a gold producer. He was subsequently appointed as managing director and chief executive officer of Adamus. Following Adamus’s merger with Canadian-listed Endeavour Mining Corporation, Mr Connelly was appointed chief operating officer of the merged entity. In November 2012, Mr Connelly was appointed as managing director and chief executive officer of ASX-listed Papillon Resources Limited and also serves as non-executive director of Ausdrill Limited.
