Manas Resources Limited (ASX – MSR) is an Australian based company exploring for gold on nine projects covering over 4,200km² of prospective ground in the central Asian nation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In July 2008 Manas raised $6 million through an IPO and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The Company has a resource base of 875,000 ounces at the Shambesai and Obdilla prospects. Manas has 8 diamond drill rigs operating on the high grade Shambesai prospect, located 7km south of Obdilla.
